Your analytics dashboard

Read this to get the most out of the partner dashboard — the at-a-glance view of how your referral activity is performing.

The partner dashboard is a single view of how your referral activity is performing.

The dashboard

When you log in you land on your agency Dashboard. It gives you a summary view of your recruiting activity, pulled together from the referrals and earnings pages.

Filtering the view

The dashboard filters let you narrow the view:

  • Time range presets: Last 7 days, Last 4 weeks, Last 8 weeks, Last 12 weeks, or a custom date range.
  • Additional filters: narrow the view by job and location to see how a specific role or region is performing.

Use short ranges to check on a campaign you just launched, and longer ranges to spot trends.

Reading your funnel

Your referral pipeline is a funnel: candidates click your link, apply, complete their interview, pass review, and onboard into the network. The same three groupings you see on the Referred candidates page apply here (Applied, In Progress, Completed):

  • A wide top but empty bottom means candidates apply but don't finish interviews. Chase them to complete the interview step.
  • Few applications overall means your links aren't reaching the right people, so revisit which jobs you're promoting and where.
  • Completed candidates are the ones that generate commission, so that number is the one to grow.

Cross-checking with other pages

The dashboard is a summary, and the detail lives elsewhere:

  • Referred candidates for per-candidate stages and application statuses.
  • Earnings for the actual commission entries and monthly totals.

If a dashboard number surprises you, open the corresponding page and filter to the same period to see the underlying rows.

What happens next

Check the dashboard regularly to compare periods and spot roles that convert well. When something looks off (referrals not appearing at all, for example), contact SME support.
