Finding jobs to recruit for

Read this when you want to see which roles SME Careers is currently hiring for, so you can match candidates from your network to them.

The Open positions page shows which roles SME Careers is currently hiring for, so you can match candidates from your network to them.

The Open positions page

In the partner portal, open Open positions (Jobs). The page header reads: "Share open roles with candidates and track attribution through your agency referral links." It lists every role currently open for applications.

Each job card shows:

  • Job title
  • Hourly rate range (for example "$X–$Y/hr", "Up to $Y/hr", or "Rate not specified")
  • Country flags for the countries the role is open to
  • Applicant count, how many people have applied so far
  • A Copy link button that copies a referral link for that specific job

Click any card to open the full job details (description, requirements, and skills) in a dialog. From there you can also copy the referral link.

Searching and filtering

  • Use the search box ("Search roles, skills...") to filter by title or skill.
  • Use the category chips above the list to filter by job function (the chips reflect the categories that currently have open roles; "All" clears the filter).
  • The count next to "All open roles" tells you how many roles match your current filters.
  • More roles load automatically as you scroll. If nothing matches, use Clear filters to reset.

Matching candidates to roles

Before sharing a job link, check the details dialog for:

  • Location eligibility: the country flags show where the role hires from, so only refer candidates in eligible countries.
  • Skills and requirements: referred candidates go through an interview and screening process, so referrals who genuinely match the requirements convert far better.
  • Rate: make sure the listed rate matches the candidate's expectations.

What happens next

Copy the job's referral link and send it to matching candidates. Your referral code explains how links and attribution work. As candidates apply, they appear on your Referred candidates page, covered in Tracking your referrals.
