Onboarding Overview
Learn what to do if you were invited to onboard into the network
After you pass an AI interview, our team will review your resume and background. If we think your profile is a good match for the network, you'll be invited to onboard as a subject matter expert. Onboarding involves signing a contractor agreement through Deel and setting up a Discord account.
If you're invited to onboard, you'll receive an email from us. You'll also see a banner in your SME Careers dashboard, like the one shown below:
Onboarding into the network makes you eligible for project matching, but it does not guarantee an immediate placement, project availability shifts based on client needs. If you're matched with a project, you'll be notified by email.
