Signing up as a recruiting partner

Create your account

1. Go to the recruiting agency signup page at sme.careers/recruiting-agency/signup.
2. Enter your email address. Use the address you want all partner communication (and your Deel onboarding, if applicable) sent to.
3. Choose a password and confirm it. The form shows the exact password requirements; your password must meet them before you can submit.
4. Optionally tick the marketing consent checkbox if you'd like product updates.
5. Submit the form.

Verify your email

After signing up you're taken to the email verification page:

1. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code from SME Careers.
2. Enter the code on the verification page.

Once verified, you're returned to the partner login page at sme.careers/recruiting-agency/login to sign in.

Complete your profile

After your first login, head to Settings in the partner portal and fill in:

• Profile: your company or contractor details and legal address (street address, city, state/region, postal code, country). These details are used on contracts and invoices.
• Primary Contact: first name, last name, email, and phone for the person we should reach.

Your account starts with a pending profile, and it counts as complete once these details are filled in. Keep them accurate: they feed into your partner agreement and payment records.

Account statuses

Behind the scenes your partnership has a status. Most of the time it's simply active, but the SME team can also pause or terminate a partnership (at the end of an agreement, for example). If you can't access partner features and don't know why, contact SME support.

What happens next

With your account verified and profile filled in, complete your contract and payment onboarding: see Completing onboarding. Then grab your referral link and start referring, as covered in Your referral code.
