Signing up as a recruiting partner

Create your account

Go to the recruiting agency signup page at sme.careers/recruiting-agency/signup ("Sign up to refer data trainers to SME."). If you land on the regular candidate signup page instead, use the Sign up as a network referrer instead link.
Enter your Email. Use the address you want all partner communication (and your Deel onboarding, if applicable) sent to.
Choose a Password and confirm it. The form shows the exact password requirements; your password must meet them before you can submit.
Click Sign up.

Verify your email

After signing up you're taken to the email verification page:

Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code from SME Careers.
Enter the code on the verification page.

Verification email didn't arrive?

Check your spam folder. You can request a new code after a short cooldown using the resend option.

Once verified, you're returned to the partner login page at sme.careers/recruiting-agency/login (with your email filled in) to sign in.

Submit the affiliate application

The first time you sign in, you're asked to fill in a short Affiliate Application form:

First name and Last name (required)
LinkedIn profile (optional)
Country (required)

Click Submit application. You're then taken to the Open positions page of the partner portal, which is also where you land each time you sign in.

Complete your profile

Next, head to Settings → Profile in the partner portal and fill in your company or contractor details, legal or mailing address, and your primary contact details. These are used on contracts and invoices, so keep them accurate. See Completing onboarding for the full field list.

Your account starts with a pending profile. It's marked complete once your partner agreement is in place (for individual contractors, when your Deel contract is signed).

Account statuses

Behind the scenes your partnership has a status. Most of the time it's simply active, but the SME team can also pause or terminate a partnership (at the end of an agreement, for example). If you can't access partner features and don't know why, contact SME support.

What happens next

With your account verified and profile filled in, complete your contract and payment onboarding: see Completing onboarding. Then grab your referral link and start referring, as covered in Your referral code.
