What does the AI interview record?
We record:
- Video, if your camera is on during the interview
- Audio
- A transcript of the conversation
- Your screen, only if your interview includes a technical exercise
Is my interview recording stored, and for how long?
Yes. We keep your recording for up to 24 months from the date of your interview, and often
for less time.
You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll delete it
within 30 days of your request.
Who can see my recording?
Only our assessment reviewers, and service providers working with us under contract.
Will my recording or image be used to train AI models?
No. Your recording, image, and voice are not used to train AI models.
Will my recording be made public or shared with clients?
No. Your recording is never made public and is not shared with clients or other third parties.
How do I get my recording deleted?
Email [email protected] and ask for your interview recording to be deleted. We'll delete
it within 30 days.
Can I do an audio-only or different interview format instead of video?
You can ask for an alternative interview format by emailing [email protected]. Include the
role you applied for and the reason you need a different format.
