Referring friends

Every member gets a personal referral link. Share it with people you'd recommend, and you earn a commission on their earnings once they start working.

How it works

1. Open Referrals in the sidebar.
2. Select Copy Referral Link. Your personal link is copied to the clipboard.
3. Share the link with people you'd recommend. When they apply through it, they're tagged as your referral.
4. Track referred candidates and earn 7% of their weekly earnings for as long as they keep working

Tracking your referrals

The table on the Referrals page lists everyone who signed up through your link, with their name, email, and country. If it's empty, you'll see "No referrals yet. Share your link to invite candidates."

When you get paid

Once your referred candidate is hired and starts working, you earn 7% of their weekly earnings. This commission accrues each week they work, appears as a referral earning on your Finance page, and is included in your weekly payout like any other earning. See Earnings explained.

Tips

Refer people whose skills match the open jobs. Referrals who pass the interview and screening are the ones that convert to bonuses.

They must use your link

Make sure your referrals use your link when applying. Applications made without it can't be credited to you afterwards.

What happens next

Your referral goes through the same process as any candidate: application, AI interview, and screening. Once they're hired and working, your 7% commission is added to your earnings each week they work.
