Got an email from [email protected] about your account? If you think it was a mistake, reply directly to that email. Don't use legal@ for anything else.
Payment questions: send within 14 days
Send payment questions within 14 days of the pay datePayments are made weekly, on Fridays. We may not be able to review claims older than 14 days, so check your pay each week and reach out early.
What to include
Emails missing these details are the most common reason a reply takes longer. Open the one that matches your question.
A payment is missing, late, or lower than expected
Copy this into your email to [email protected]:
Subject: Payment review: [Project], [dates]
Project:
Dates or pay week:
Amount expected:
Amount received:
Hours tracked in Insightful for those dates:Attach a screenshot of your Insightful timesheet for those dates if you can.
I worked time that wasn't tracked
Email [email protected] and list each date separately:
Subject: Untracked time: [Project], [dates]
Date:
Project:
How long you worked:
What you were doing (tasks, a required meeting, reading guidelines):
Why it wasn't tracked:We can only add time we can verify. Time when tracking was off and no work was submitted usually can't be added, so keep Insightful running whenever you work.
Anything else
Email [email protected] with:
- Your project name, if you're on one
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- A screenshot of any error message
Before you hit send
- ✅ One email per issue, to one address. Sending the same question to several addresses creates duplicates and slows your reply.
- ✅ Reply on the same thread if we ask for more details. Don't start a new email.
- ✅ Check after Friday if your question is about this week's pay.
