Weekly Payouts

Your approved earnings are bundled into weekly payouts and paid through Deel. Here's how the cycle runs and how to read the statuses on your Finance page.

How the cycle works

Payments run on a weekly cycle covering work completed from Monday to Sunday.

During the week, your work is recorded as individual earnings: project, exam, and referral. See Earnings explained.
Earnings are reviewed and approved by the team.
Approved earnings for a week are aggregated into a single weekly payout.
The payout itself is reviewed, then submitted to Deel for payment.
Deel pays out to the payment method you configured in your Deel account. Once submitted, the money typically arrives within 1–3 days, depending on the payout method you chose in Deel.

Reading your payouts

On the Finance page, switch to the payouts view. Each row is one week, showing:

Week: the week's start and end dates
Total: the payout amount, with a breakdown of how much came from project, exam, and referral earnings
Approval: where the payout is in review

Approval statuses

Status	What it means
Pending	The week's payout is awaiting review
Approved	Cleared for payment
Rejected	Not approved; contact support if this is unexpected
On Hold	Temporarily held while something is checked

Payment statuses

Once approved, a payout moves through payment:

Status	What it means
Not submitted	Approved but not yet sent to Deel
Submitted	Sent to Deel for processing
Paid	Money is on its way to (or in) your account
Cancelled	The payment was cancelled; contact support

Common questions

My payout is smaller than expected

Check the individual earnings for that week — entries that were rejected, on hold, or still pending review are not included. They're picked up once approved.

Payout is approved but I haven't been paid

Confirm your Deel contract is active and your KYC is approved (see Setting up Deel); Deel processing also takes some time after submission.

A week is missing entirely

Weeks with no approved earnings don't generate a payout.

What happens next

Once a payout shows Paid, the money is handled by Deel — check your Deel dashboard for the transfer details and your chosen withdrawal method.
