Applying as a data trainer

Before you start

Have ready:

Your CV as a PDF file, 5 MB or smaller. Only PDF files are accepted.
Your education history (institutions, degrees, years, and optionally major and GPA).
Your work history (companies, roles, years, locations).
The hourly rate you'd expect to be paid.

Filling in the form

The application form asks for:

Resume/CV — upload your CV. It must be a PDF and no larger than 5 MB. This is required.
Country: select the country you live in. Payments are made through our payment partner Deel, so your country needs to be supported by Deel. If you see "This country is not supported by Deel", we can't currently pay contractors there and you won't be able to proceed with that selection.
Native language and work languages: the language(s) you can work in professionally.
Education: your current education level, your highest education level, and one or more education entries (school, degree level, start and end year, major, GPA). You can add or remove entries as needed.
Work experience: one or more entries with company, role, start and end year, city, country, and a brief description of your role and responsibilities.
Skills: type a skill and press Enter to add it. Add the skills that best represent your expertise.
Expected hourly rate: required. Enter the rate you'd expect for project work. This helps us match you to suitable roles.
Partner ID (optional): if a partner or referrer gave you an ID or referral code, enter it here so they're credited for referring you.

When everything is complete, select Submit application. You'll see "Application submitted successfully" when it goes through.

What we do with your CV

After you upload your CV, we automatically read it to pre-fill and enrich your profile, for example your skills, work experience, and education. If the extraction isn't perfect, you can review and correct everything afterwards in your profile settings.

Tips for a strong application

Use an up-to-date CV that reflects your domain expertise, not just job titles.
Add specific skills. "Clinical pharmacology" works better than just "medicine", since matching is based on your profile.
Fill in all education and experience entries fully. A complete profile is considered for more opportunities.

What happens next

Your application creates your candidate profile. From here you can browse open jobs and apply, and most roles include an AI interview as the next step. You can also finish polishing your profile in Settings at any time.
