Invoices

The Invoices page is where you price the work, request review, and upload your invoices. This article explains the flow and the statuses.

The Invoices page is where you bill for the work your team does. Our team sends you invoice lines for each project, you enter the quantity and price, and once they're approved you upload your invoice.

Reading the table

Each row is one invoice line, showing the project, batch, unit, quantity, price per unit, total, payment target date, and status. The Action to take column tells you what's needed from you next. Rows our team sends to your organization appear here automatically.

The flow

  1. Enter quantity and price. On a line marked Action required, fill in the Quantity and Price per unit. The total is calculated for you, and your entries save automatically.
  2. Request review. Once quantity and price are filled in, select Request review. The line moves to Submitted for review while our team checks it.
  3. Upload your invoice. When a line is Approved, select Upload invoice. Enter your Invoice number and attach the invoice as a PDF (up to 10 MB), then Submit invoice. The line moves to Invoice submitted.

If our team asks you to correct the quantity or price, the line shows Requested Correction so you can edit it and Request review again. If they return your invoice, the line shows Changes requested so you can fix it and select Re-upload invoice.
