SME Careers connects subject matter experts with paid, project-based opportunities to help train and evaluate AI systems.

Our contributors work on tasks such as:

• Reviewing AI outputs
• Providing expert feedback
• Completing evaluation projects
• Contributing domain-specific knowledge
• All work is remote and project-based.

Application Process

Here’s what the process typically looks like:

• Create an Account: Sign up and complete your profile.
• Apply for a Role Submit your application for a relevant opportunity.
• AI Interview: Some roles require a structured AI interview.
• Exam (If Required): Certain roles require a qualification exam.
• Offer & Onboarding: If accepted, you’ll complete onboarding through Deel and join our communication channels.
• Project Assignment: You’ll gain access to available projects and begin contributing.
