Unproductive Time

The following activities are considered Unproductive and are not payable:

• Social media websites (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Youtube, Spotify, etc
• AI tools not explicitly allowed in your project instructions
• Any non-work-related browsing or activity

AI tools such as Gemini and Perplexity are not considered Unproductive if their use is clearly allowed in the project instructions you are working on. If the project instructions do not allow specific AI tools, their usage will be considered Unproductive. All team members are expected to strictly follow project guidelines regarding tool usage.

Monitoring and Verification

To ensure that recorded Active Time represents genuine work activity, random verification checks may be performed. These checks may include reviewing:

• Screenshots
• Screen recordings
• URLs accessed during tracked work hours

These checks are conducted periodically to confirm that recorded time reflects legitimate project-related work.

Best Practices for Accurate Tracking

To avoid time tracking issues:

1. Start the timer before beginning work
2. Stop the timer when leaving your workstation
3. Work from one device only
4. Follow all project guidelines and tool policies

Following these practices helps ensure accurate tracking and smooth payment processing.
