Missing Value from IDP (Incomplete Google Profile)

This error usually occurs when required information is missing from your Google account profile, most commonly your First Name or Last Name.

How to fix this issue

Please follow the steps below to update your Google profile:

Send the user instructions to complete their Google profile:

  1. Open Google Chrome and ensure you are signed in to the correct Google account.
  2. Go to: https://myaccount.google.com
  3. From the left-hand menu, click on Personal info.
  4. Under Basic info, find the Name section.
  5. Click on Name and make sure both your First Name and Last Name are filled in.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Final step

After updating your details, please sign out and sign back in. Alternatively, you can try accessing the platform using an incognito window.
