Access and Setup

Once you are selected and onboarded to a project, you will receive an Insightful invitation email. Insightful is the tool used to track your working hours, which helps ensure accurate time recording and payment calculation.

Follow these steps to install and access Insightful.

Step 1: Open Your Invitation

Check your email for the Insightful invitation and click the invitation link.

Step 2: Download the Application

If the invitation link has expired, download the app directly from: https://app.insightful.io/#/token/download

Step 3: Install the Desktop App

Download and install the Insightful Desktop App (Workpuls).

Step 4: Log In

Sign in using the same email address that received the invitation.

Step 5: Launch the Application

After installation, open the app. You will see the project(s) assigned to you.
