My Insightful invitation link has expired
- An expired invitation link does not prevent you from accessing the platform if you were invited.
- If your invitation link has expired, you can download the app directly from: https://app.insightful.io/#/token/download
- Install the Insightful Desktop App (Workpuls).
- Make sure you use the same email address that received the invitation.
- After installation, launch Workpuls to access the project(s) assigned to you.
When will I get paid?
- Payments are processed on a weekly basis, covering work completed from Monday to Sunday.
- For example, if you worked from Monday, March 9, 2026 to Sunday, March 15, 2026, the payment will be sent on the following Thursday, March 19, 2026.
- The time it takes for you to receive the payment depends on the method selected in Deel and may take 1 to 3 days.
- The time it takes to receive funds depends on your selected payment method in Deel.
- If you experience any issues with receiving your payment, please contact Deel support.
I want to delete my account
- If you have an active contract with us, you must first terminate it on your end through Deel. After that, please notify us at [email protected] so we can complete the process and remove you from the active contractors list.
- If you have previously had a contract with us, we retain certain information in accordance with our data policy: Contractor Data Privacy & Retention Policy
- If you do not have any contract with us, simply email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete my account”.
I want to attach more CVs
- Currently, you are allowed to upload only one CV.
- Your CV should include all of your expertise, skills, and experience.
- Uploading separate CVs for different skills or roles is not supported.
I want to change my email address
Changing your email address is currently not supported.
I am unable to create an account due to a “duplicate user” error
- Our system checks not only email addresses but also LinkedIn profile URLs.
- It is possible that your LinkedIn profile was previously used to apply on SME, which is why you are seeing this message.
What is the status of my application?
- You can check the status of your AI Interview and exam directly in your SME account.
- You can also view your profile status on the SuperAnnotate platform under the Profile project.
Can I opt for a non-AI interview?
No, the AI interview is a mandatory part of the process and cannot be replaced.
How can I change my address or other profile details?
Updating your address or profile details is currently not supported. Please contact support for assistance.
How do I sign a contract with you?
- Go to your SuperAnnotate (SA) profile and request your contract.
- Log in to your SuperAnnotate account using the invitation link you received via email
- Navigate to the Onboarding tab
- Click Deel Registration
- Click the Send Me My Contract button
- You will receive an email from Deel with your contract details.
- Open the email and click Review and Sign to proceed on the Deel platform.
- If you face any issues during the process, please contact Deel support.
- If you do not receive the Deel email, please contact [email protected].
How will I receive exam payment after passing?
- After passing the exam, you must complete your contract in Deel to be eligible for payment.
- Once your contract is completed, the payment will be processed within up to 10 days.
- If you do not receive your payment after 10 days, please contact [email protected]
I do not see the exam
- Some roles do not require an exam.
- If the role you applied for includes an exam, it will become visible only after you successfully pass the AI Interview.
When will I get a project?
Thank you for completing the initial onboarding steps. At this stage, no further action is required from your side. Our team will contact you when a project matching your skills and availability becomes available. You will receive clear instructions on the next steps once you are selected.
